Throughout many years of listening to beekeepers needs, we noticed a demand for wooden hives that are of better quality and more durable. APIHIVES are the result of our research and product development combined with Croatian centuries-old tradition of woodworking.
In our work, we utilize all available modern tools, including 3D modeling, CAD design, and continuous communication with clients to coordinate all details before production and ensure that the final products match the agreed-upon technical drawings.

Sliding dovetail joints
Innovative dovetail corner joint that is also glued and stapled ensures durability of the whole hive because moisture penetration is prevented and therefore wood doesn’t crack. With added protection (linseed oil coating inside, varnish on the outside) our Apihives will endure all weather conditions and last for many years.
